If you’re looking for a simple approach where we sit and sign paperwork to get you legally married, you can come to my Home office in Cowaramup, and we can get this done with no fuss , very quickly. Commemorative certificate. We can even do it in the garden if the weather is good! No witnesses? Let me know and I can provide those too.

How do I secure my ceremony date?

Your booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received and your date has been confirmed.

As early as possible is best, especially for popular wedding dates. For legal weddings, there are also important notice periods and documents that need to be completed before the ceremony can take place.

Yes. I will work with you to create a ceremony that feels personal, meaningful and true to you. Your ceremony can include your story, vows, readings, music and any special touches that reflect you as a couple.

You will need to provide original identification documents, including photo ID and proof of your date and place of birth. If either party has been previously married, further documentation will be required.

Yes. I am based in the Margaret River region and can travel for ceremonies. Travel fees may apply for locations more than 50km outside the Margaret River area.

For outdoor ceremonies, I recommend having a wet-weather backup plan. If the location needs to change, please let me know as soon as possible.

A small delay can usually be managed. If the ceremony is delayed by more than 30 minutes, additional fees may apply.

After the ceremony, I submit the legal marriage paperwork to Births, Deaths and Marriages. Couples then apply directly to Births, Deaths and Marriages for their official marriage certificate.
